Marty Englund

Marty Englund is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and supply chain management, currently serving as Sr. Director of Engineering and Facilities at Target since June 2020. Leading a team of over 2,500 members within Global Supply Chain and Logistics, Marty focuses on maintaining safe, compliant, and efficient systems across more than 40 sites. Prior roles at Target include Business Consultant, Group Manager, and various leadership positions in supply chain technology and operations, managing significant investments including an $18M portfolio and a $50M project across distribution centers. Marty holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Management and Human Resources from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
