Matthew Culver is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Wisconsin-Stout. Between 2010 and 2018, Matthew held various leadership and engineering roles at Target, including Strategy Lead for Global Packaging Development and Senior Manager of Packaging Engineering. Prior to that, Matthew gained valuable experience at Ecolab as both a Principal Packaging Engineer II and Group Leader, along with additional roles in packaging engineering and procurement. Matthew also completed an engineering co-op and internship program at The J.M. Smucker Co. in 2002.
