Matthew Davis

Matthew Davis has extensive experience in supply chain and operations management, having held leadership positions at major companies. At Target, from January 2022 to May 2023, Matthew served as Sr. Director of Engineering and Facilities within the Food Supply Chain. Prior to that, from September 2016 to January 2022, Matthew was Sr. Director of Distribution at Kroger, overseeing an automated fulfillment center powered by the Ocado Smart Platform and responsible for multiple operational aspects, site leadership, and strategic planning. Earlier roles at Kroger included Asst. Supply Chain Manager and Operations Manager, where Matthew focused on warehouse operations and team performance in the Perishable Distribution Center. Additionally, Matthew worked as a Production Supervisor at General Cable, managing manufacturing processes. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management from the University of Cincinnati's Lindner College of Business.
