Matthew Ladegaard is the Vice President of Finance Operations at Target. Matthew has over 25 years of experience in finance and accounting.

Matthew began their career at PwC, where they served large public clients in a variety of industries. Matthew then joined UnitedHealth Group in 2001 as the Assistant Corporate Controller. In 2008, they were promoted to Vice President, Controller of UnitedHealthcare-Medicare & Retirement. Matthew held this position until 2010 when they were promoted again to Vice President, Controller of Optum Insight. Matthew held this position until 2009 when they were promoted to their current role as Vice President of Finance Operations at Target.

Matthew has a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Minnesota and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Matthew Ladegaard is a student at the University of Iowa, where they are pursuing a BBA in Accounting. After graduation, they plan to work as an accountant for a large corporation.
