Matthew Lloyd is currently the Lead Android Engineer at Target. They previously worked as a Staff Android Engineer at Route, where they led the development of a collaborative and high-performing culture while implementing a successful experimentation strategy that significantly improved user onboarding and retention. Matthew's history includes multiple roles in Android development, including positions at Missionary Training Center, Canopy, and Geomni, showcasing a strong technical foundation established during their education at Brigham Young University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.
