Meagan Baker

Meagan Baker is currently the Director of Reporting & Analytics at Target, leveraging extensive experience in merchandising and analytics. Previously, Meagan held several roles at Target, including Director of Data Analytics, where they built analytical reporting systems and improved inventory management strategies. They began their career at Target as a Business Analyst Intern in 2012 and later expanded their expertise in roles such as Senior Business Analyst and Lead Product Owner. Meagan obtained a Master of Business Administration from Hamline University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management. In addition to their professional pursuits, Meagan also coached volleyball at Club 43 from 2012 to 2014.
