Megan Kelley is currently the Senior Director and Assistant General Counsel at Target, a position they began in 2025. They previously served as the Director of Employee Relations Counsel and worked as an Attorney at Nilan Johnson Lewis PA from 2007 to 2013. Earlier in their career, Megan was a Law Clerk at the Minnesota Court of Appeals from 2006 to 2007. They earned a J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School between 2003 and 2006, and hold a B.A. in Communication Studies and Biology from Gustavus Adolphus College, completed in 2003. Additionally, Megan participated as a Policy Fellow at the Humphrey School of Public Affairs in 2021-2022.
