Melissa Ford

Melissa Ford has extensive experience in talent acquisition and business analysis, primarily at Target, where positions held include Lead Talent Acquisition Process Consultant, Senior Business Partner, and Business Partner in Talent Acquisition from 2013 to the present. Previous roles at Target from 2009 to 2013 involved positions such as Senior Business Analyst and Business Analyst in Global Sourcing Services, with a focus on Knit apparel and Swim & Outerwear for boys and girls.
