Michael Foronjy

Michael Foronjy is a results-driven retail leader with over 15 years of experience in high-volume store operations and multi-unit initiatives across national retailers such as Target, PetSmart, and Lowe’s. Currently, they serve as a Store Director and District Captain at Target, where they also fulfill the role of District Campus Recruiter, successfully bringing in nine interns over the past three years. Previously, Michael was a Store Manager at Lowe’s and PetSmart, where they drove exceptional performance and developed future leaders. They hold a degree in Business Administration and Management from SUNY Ulster and aspire to advance to a District Manager role to further influence and develop talent across multiple markets.
