Michael Lyssy, holding an MBA and SPHR certification, currently serves as a Human Resource Business Partner at Target, where responsibilities include leading HR and team operations for all Target stores in the San Antonio metro area since June 2018. With a strong focus on corporate HR strategies centered on engagement, diversity, equity, and inclusion, Michael has extensive experience in developmental programs, succession planning, and performance management. Previous roles at Target included Executive Team Leader for Human Resources and Store Director, where Michael drove recruiting, training, and operational excellence across multiple locations.
