With more than 18 years of experience in the retail industry, Mick has a passion for fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. They leverage their expertise in employee learning and development, people management, and recruiting to drive business results and customer satisfaction. Mick also mentors and coaches team members to help them achieve their personal and professional goals. Previously, they worked as a server at Mary's Pizza Shack from 1995 to 2004 and earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Sonoma State University.
