Mike Rorro is an experienced leader in supply chain strategy and operations, with a strong background in data analytics and team management. At Target, Rorro served as a Senior Director, where they led a global data analytics team to enhance decision-making across various supply chain verticals. Previously, as a Director of Supply Chain Transformation, they were part of a team that modernized Target’s supply chain for future efficiency. Rorro began their career in education as a special education teacher with Teach For America, showcasing a commitment to both teaching and learning. They hold a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Near Eastern Studies from the University of Michigan.
