Mitch Rasmussen

Mitch Rasmussen, CSP, CHMM, is the Director of Compliance for Environmental Health & Safety at Target, a position held since 2017. Previously, Mitch served as a Senior Compliance Manager and EHS Manager at Target, where they managed the Process Safety Management and Risk Management Planning programs for refrigerated distribution centers. Before joining Target, Mitch worked as an Environmental Specialist II at U.S. Compliance Corporation, focusing on environmental compliance management and client support across the country. Mitch earned a BS in Corporate Environmental Management from the University of Minnesota, where they also worked as a Teaching Assistant for the Life Cycle Assessment course.
