Mitchelle Pinto is a retail sourcing and product development leader with extensive experience in driving business impact and customer satisfaction. From 2013 to 2017, Mitchelle served as Sr Manager of Production & Sourcing for Women's knits at American Eagle Outfitters, where they managed the product development cycle and vendor relationships. Currently, they are the Sourcing Director for Women's Apparel at Target, having previously held similar roles for Kids Apparel and Global Wholesale. Mitchelle completed a Bachelor’s degree in Home Science, specializing in Textiles & Clothing, from the University of Mumbai, and holds an AAS in Fashion Merchandising & Marketing from Parsons School of Design.
