Monica L

Monica L is a Design and Innovation Leader with extensive experience in floral design and user experience research. Monica began their career as a Floral Designer at Pazzobello Flowers and advanced to Studio Manager and Head Designer at daffodil*parker, where they managed the design and production for over 200 weddings annually. They later held roles at major organizations, including as a Service Designer II at Mayo Clinic and currently as a Lead Experience Researcher at Target, while working towards a Master’s Degree in Interaction Design at Carnegie Mellon University. Monica has also contributed to various innovative projects within the healthcare and technology sectors, emphasizing human-centered design.
