Natalie Baldinger

Natalie Baldinger is currently the Lead Accessibility Consultant at Target, where they advocate for integrating digital accessibility into all products. They previously served as a Senior Accessibility Consultant and Accessibility Consultant at Target. Natalie's experience also includes roles as the Director of Staff in Training and Program Director at Herzl Camp Assn, where they supervised teams and coordinated programming. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Sales Development Representative at Siteimprove and as a Public Relations Chair for Sigma Kappa Sorority at the University of Kansas, where they managed communications and promotional efforts. Natalie holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communication Studies from the University of Kansas and is pursuing a Web Development Professional Certificate at Minneapolis Community and Technical College.
