Nicholas Dye

Nicholas Dye currently serves as Executive Team Lead GM & Food Sales at Target since July 2022. Prior to this role, Nicholas was the Director of Operations at a Chick-fil-A franchise from May 2018 to July 2022, where responsibilities included preserving operational excellence and enhancing guest experiences while leading a team of over 70 members. Nicholas gained extensive management experience from April 2010 to May 2018 at Paragon Village 12 & Splitsville, starting as a Team Member and quickly advancing through multiple roles, culminating in the position of General Manager. Nicholas holds an Associate’s Degree in Criminal Justice/Police Science from Germanna Community College and a high school diploma from Riverbend High School, acquired between 2006 and 2010.
