Nicole McCann

Nicole McCann is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in capital markets. Currently serving as Senior Director of Capital Markets at Target since April 2023, Nicole previously held the position of Senior Treasury Manager for Global Capital Markets at General Mills from May 2007 to April 2023, focusing on cash flow forecasting and capital structure. Nicole's early career included roles as Finance Manager, Associate Finance Manager, and Financial Analyst Intern. In addition to professional roles, Nicole contributed to the community as Co-Chair of the Board of Directors and Special Events Committee for Girls on the Run Twin Cities, promoting health and confidence in young girls. Academically, Nicole earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Strategy and Marketing from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, graduating with Distinction, and a Bachelor of Science in Business (BSB) in Finance and Marketing from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management.
