Nikki Champe

Nikki Champe is a former Store Director at Target, where they held various leadership roles from 2011 to 2013, including managing logistics processes and overseeing a team of over 50 members. They also contributed to the diversity initiatives within their district and served as a peer trainer. Prior to their time at Target, Nikki was the Assistant Women’s Soccer Coach at the University of Missouri Kansas City from 2008 to 2010, playing a key role in founding the university's first women's soccer program. Nikki earned a Master of Arts in Athletic Administration from Kent State University, graduating in 2007.
