Olivia Shepard began their sustainability career at the Rainforest Alliance, where they worked closely with producers and the trade to strengthen resilience and long-term performance. After four years, they returned to academia to pursue an MBA and an M.S. in Agricultural Economics, focusing on translating social and environmental sustainability into enterprise value. Currently, they serve as a Lead in ESG Commercial Partnerships at Ardent Mills, applying their knowledge of climate, nature, and human rights to drive significant business outcomes. Olivia's extensive experience in the food, agriculture, and consumer products sectors allows them to craft sustainability strategies that resonate with decision-makers and enhance operational roadmaps.
