Owen Ladd

Owen Ladd, MBA, currently serves as the ETL General Merchandise and Food at Target, where responsibilities include driving store sales and managing various operational processes related to food and beverage. Prior to this role, Owen held positions at Winn-Dixie, including Store Merchandise Manager, Produce Manager, and Front End Specialist, focusing on team empowerment, inventory management, and customer experience. Owen is pursuing a Doctorate of Business Administration in Marketing from Keiser University, following the completion of an MBA in Management and Leadership from Florida Gulf Coast University. Owen also holds a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Management from Santa Fe College.
