Patty Reber

Patty Reber possesses a robust background in the apparel industry, with significant experience at major retailers. From July 1984 to December 1986, Patty worked as an Associate Buyer for Young Mens at Broadway Southwest. Transitioning to Target, Patty held multiple titles including Buyer, Director of Product Design & Development, Sr. Buyer, and Vice President, ultimately leading a global team in Sourcing for Apparel and Raw Materials. Patty also excelled as a Strategy & Process Manager, focusing on optimizing processes across merchandising, design, and sourcing. Additionally, Patty served as a Buyer at Younkers for Young Mens from January 1987 to January 1989. Patty graduated from the University of Arizona with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management in 1984.
