Prithika K is an experienced professional in the food science and quality assurance sectors, currently serving as Lead Specialist for Food Specifications & Data Management at Target since September 2025. Prior to this role, Prithika worked at Absolute from March 2023 to August 2025, where significant contributions included managing QA documentation and specifications for over 70 specialty ingredients and securing multiple regulatory licenses. With a Master's degree in Food Science and Technology from GITAM Deemed University, Prithika has held various positions, including Co-Founder of Frames&Pages, a Quality Assurance Intern at Modern Foods, and a Project Assistant focusing on developing health products. This diverse background in quality assurance, project development, and vendor management, along with strong academic credentials in biochemistry and food science, showcases Prithika's expertise in the field.
