Rachel Budde

Rachel Budde has extensive experience in retail management and human resources, currently serving as the Executive Team Lead of Human Resources and previously as the Executive Team Lead of Specialty Sales at Target since August 2019. Prior to this role, Rachel held the position of Store Manager and Co Manager at Ann Taylor from August 2014 to August 2019, and was a Store Manager at ALDO Group for a brief period in 2014. Rachel’s career also includes nearly nine years as a Store Manager at Nine West Group from July 2005 to February 2014.
