Rachel Ecklin

Rachel Ecklin is the Director of Operations for Store Fulfillment at Target, where they lead the Order Pickup and Drive Up Store's Fulfillment team. Previously, Rachel held various roles at Target, including Senior Business Partner and Business Partner, where they managed significant projects and enhanced guest experiences across nearly 2,000 stores. Their earlier career included positions at MSP Commercial and Nutrition Business Journal, where they demonstrated skills in communications and marketing. Rachel earned a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
