Rachel S.

Rachel S. is an experienced in-house counsel specializing in labor and employment law within the retail and tech sectors. They began their legal career as a judicial extern for Senior Judge Paul Magnuson and subsequently served as a litigation attorney at Maslon LLP. Over the years, Rachel has held various roles, including labor and employment attorney at Jackson Lewis P.C. and Lane Powell PC, and employee and labor relations manager for the City of Seattle. Currently, Rachel serves as Director, ER Counsel for Target after a tenure as Principal Corporate Counsel, Employment Law at Microsoft. They earned a J.D. from Mitchell Hamline School of Law and a Bachelor’s Degree from Luther College.
