Randall Brough

Randall Brough is an accomplished supply chain professional with significant leadership experience in operations. Currently serving as Senior Director of Supply Chain at Target since January 2018, Randall provides strategic leadership focused on daily operations, continuous improvement, and change management. Prior to this role, Randall held the position of Senior Director of Operations at Amazon from July 2015 to December 2017, where responsibilities included training and project management. Earlier, Randall was Vice President of Operations at NDC from November 2011 to July 2016, managing contract management and training functions. Randall holds an Executive Certificate in Value Chain Management from MIT Sloan School of Management and an MBA in Organizational Development from Upper Iowa University.
