Rebecca Swayne

Rebecca Swayne is a Senior Manager of Supplier Quality and Compliance at The Hain Celestial Group, where they oversee the Supplier Quality & Compliance team to ensure food safety and quality. With over twenty years of experience in quality control and microbiological testing in the food industry, Rebecca utilizes risk analysis to make informed decisions regarding food safety. Previously, they held various positions, including Senior Manager of Food Safety Quality and Regulatory at Target, where they managed the Food Recall Program, and QA Supervisor at New French Bakery, implementing the SQF 2000 System. Rebecca earned a Master’s degree in Food Safety from Michigan State University and holds two Bachelor of Science degrees in Archaeology and Anthropology from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
