Rhaya Benedict

Rhaya Benedict is a marketing professional with a Bachelor's degree in Business & Public Administration, specializing in Marketing from the University of North Dakota. Rhaya served as the Marketing Manager for University of North Dakota Sports Television from 2012 to 2013 and held various leadership roles at Target from 2017 to 2023, including Lead Business Partner in Human Resources and Store Operations. Additionally, Rhaya gained early experience as a Marketing Intern at Western Graphics in 2012 and contributed to the NCAA Gender, Diversity Issues and Student Well-being Subcommittee from 2010 to 2011. While at the University of North Dakota, Rhaya was an active member of the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee, serving as both a representative and Social Media Officer.
