Rick Colón

Rick Colón is an experienced retail professional based in Philadelphia, currently serving as an Assets Protection Outreach Coordinator at Target. They support the PA/DE market by fostering partnerships with local government, law enforcement, and community organizations to enhance public safety and reduce shrinkage. Colón's previous roles at Target include Executive Team Lead of Asset Protection, where they led a team to improve store security and community engagement. They are also an advocate for mental health and serve as a Board Member for NAMI Philadelphia, actively participating in local events and the Chamber of Commerce’s Young Professionals Council. Colón is pursuing an Associate's Degree in Business at the Community College of Philadelphia.
