Rick Willis is currently the Food + Beverage Director supporting Target Hawaii, where they lead teams to success and drive sales through superior execution. They previously served as Chief Operating Officer at Hawaii Foodservice Alliance from 2014 to 2016, focusing on staff empowerment and operational efficiency. Prior to this, Rick held various roles at Safeway from 2001 to 2014, including Retail Manager and Manager of Division Operations, where they achieved significant marketing execution milestones. Rick also completed the WAFC Program at Las Positas College between 2012 and 2014.
