Riley Reed

Riley Reed has over a decade of experience in operations management, currently serving as the Operations Manager - Outbound at Target since August 2010. In this role, Riley employs coaching and performance management techniques to lead teams in achieving operational goals and enhances productivity through Continuous Improvement methodologies. Riley has held various managerial positions at Target, including overseeing a cutting-edge testing facility, quality management, engineering and facilities operations, and warehousing leadership. Earlier experience includes serving as a Community Advisor at Sherburne Hall, where strong leadership and interpersonal skills were developed while managing residential students. Riley holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a concentration in Human Resources from Saint Cloud State University.
