Ritesh Rajani is a Principal AI Engineer with over two decades of software engineering experience, specializing in Retail Data Science and IoT. Currently, Ritesh is a Founding Geek at incluzive.tech, working on accessible technology solutions for individuals with disabilities. Previously, Ritesh served as a Lead AI Engineer at Target, where they focused on optimizing vendor purchasing. With a master’s in computer applications, Ritesh also co-founded Diversity Dialogues and has actively promoted equity and inclusion initiatives throughout their career, including leading an LGBTQIA+ employee resource group and consulting on DEI practices. Ritesh holds a US Patent related to Radio Frequency Identification.
