Rob Dees

Rob Dees is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in people analytics and HR technology. Currently serving as Senior Director of People Analytics & Insights at Target, Rob has previously held senior leadership positions at Lowe's Companies, Inc., where Rob was Senior Director of People Analytics, and at Dell Technologies, where Rob served as Director of HR Technology and Director of People Analytics. Additionally, Rob has experience as a Visiting Scholar at the McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin and held various leadership roles in the US Army, including Chief of Operations and Director of the Chief Executives’ Special Staff for III Corps. Rob holds a Master of Science in Risk Analysis and Decision Making from the Texas McCombs School of Business and a Master of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Texas A&M University.
