Robert Clapper

Robert Clapper is a seasoned people leader with a focus on building trust and growing talent. They have held various roles in loss prevention and asset protection, demonstrating expertise during their tenure at Marriott International and currently at Target as an Asset Protection Operations Manager. Prior to these positions, Robert worked as a Security Officer at HSS and as a Transportation Security Officer for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. They also completed a degree in Frontline Leadership Management from the University of Denver in 2023.
