Ryan McCoy

Ryan McCoy is a multidisciplinary design leader with decades of experience driving innovation in industrial design and packaging engineering. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Industrial Design, Packaging Engineering, and Product Development at Target, Ryan is responsible for overseeing packaging strategies and leading research in sustainable materials and technology. Previously, Ryan held various roles at Target, including Director of Packaging Design & Innovation and Director of Industrial Design, where significant contributions were made to multiple product categories. Ryan earned a Master of Science in Human Factors and Ergonomics from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities, along with a BFA in Industrial Design from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
