Sadia Sharmin is a seasoned social compliance professional currently serving as a Sr. Performance Manager at Target. With extensive experience in the apparel and fashion industry, they have previously held roles including Manager of Social Sustainability at PUMA Group and Project Manager at C&A, focusing on capability building and sustainable supply chains. Sadia began their career as a Sr. Coordinator & Auditor at Intertek and later worked as a Consultant at STR and a Senior Supplier Development Specialist at Wal-Mart Global Sourcing.
