Sakura Rudart is currently the Sr. Director of Construction at Target, where they focus on motivating teams, standardizing processes, and driving business growth. Previously, they served as the Director of Property Management at Target, successfully managing operations for 65 store locations and generating significant revenue. With a strong background in leadership and strategy development, Sakura has been instrumental in executing customer-centric initiatives and enhancing employee engagement. Their educational journey continues at San Diego State University, where they are pursuing a BS in Criminal Justice.
