Shannon McCort

Shannon McCort has extensive experience in claims and insurance management, with a background in leading teams and implementing strategic initiatives to optimize financial outcomes. Shannon has worked at Target for over a decade, overseeing various programs such as General Liability, Auto, and Workers' Compensation. Shannon has also managed vendor relationships, implemented new technologies, and collaborated with legal teams to achieve the best claims outcomes. Prior to Target, Shannon worked at Sedgwick CMS as a Claims Supervisor, where Shannon led a team and executed special projects to improve data integrity and staff development. Shannon holds a degree in Organizational Communication from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
