Shawn Roberson

Shawn Roberson is a seasoned operations and logistics professional with extensive experience in both military and corporate environments. Currently serving as a Senior Standardization Manager at Target since July 2019, Shawn manages warehouse operations and oversees a team of Operations Managers. Previous roles at Target include Continuous Improvement Manager, where project management skills were utilized to enhance efficiency through Lean Six Sigma, and Inventory Control and Quality Assurance Manager, focusing on quality metrics to improve operations. Prior military experience includes serving as a Logistics Officer-in-Charge responsible for managing property accountability, as well as holding leadership positions in a Rear Detachment, directly supporting personnel and equipment logistics during deployment. Shawn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Pacific Lutheran University.
