Sheba George

Sheba George has over 18 years of experience in human resources and merchandising, primarily with Target, where current roles include Director of HR Strategy and Operations and previously held positions such as Sr. Manager of Talent Acquisition and Sr. Manager of Target.com Merchandising. Starting with Target in January 2007, Sheba progressed through various roles in project management and merchandising before assuming leadership in HR strategy. Earlier career experiences include a position as Quality Analyst at ClientLogic and Process Developer at GE Capital, which contributed to a solid foundation in operational processes and quality management.
