Shefali Pai

Shefali Pai is a Lead Program Manager at Target with ten years of experience in project management and two years in leadership roles. They have successfully managed multi-million dollar construction and process improvement projects while excelling in communication across cross-functional teams. Previously, Shefali held positions at Hennepin County, where they advanced to Facilities Project Manager and handled multiple high-budget projects. Shefali earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities and completed a Mini Masters in Project Management at the University of St. Thomas.
