Sheila Voss is an experienced Apparel Technical Development expert with over 30 years in the field. Currently serving as Principal Technical Designer at Target, Sheila manages the technical development for the men’s brand Goodfellow & Co, leads fit sessions, and collaborates with global manufacturing partners. From 2000 to 2004, Sheila was a Senior Garment Developer at Marshall Field's, where skills in managing brand development samples and leading fit evaluation sessions were honed. Previously, as a Product Manager at The Coleman Company, Sheila successfully increased the outerwear category revenue significantly through strategic product development. Sheila earned a Bachelor of Science in Apparel Design & Manufacturing from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
