Simone Samii

Simone Samii is currently the Human Resources Director for Metro NY at Target, where they lead efforts to recruit top talent for in-store leadership positions across the East Coast. Previously, Simone has held various roles at Target, including Director of Talent Acquisition and Human Resource Business Partner, supporting hundreds of stores and building a successful remote recruiting team. They began their career in retail with Ann Taylor before transitioning to executive recruiting at MRI. Simone is pursuing a BS in Business Management with a concentration in HR at Warren National University.
