Stephanie Ratanas

Stephanie Ratanas is currently a Lead Engineer in Cybersecurity at Target in Minneapolis, MN, where they focus on event correlation and hunting operations. Prior to this, they held roles as a Senior Engineer and contributed to the Pride+ Business Council leadership team. Stephanie spent nearly a decade in the specialty coffee industry as a buyer and head roaster, before transitioning to the technology sector after studying full stack engineering at Prime Digital Academy. They have also worked as a software developer and have experience in content creation, demonstrating a diverse skill set across both coffee and tech industries.
