Subhashinee Sharma is a dedicated leader in training and learning development with over 16 years of experience in the IT and HR sectors. Currently, as a Team Lead - Training at Netcracker Technology, they build and manage a learning organization to support global training programs. Subhashinee also serves as a Sr. L&D Business Partner at Target and previously held positions including Learning Development Manager at ADP and Corporate Trainer at Tata Consultancy Services. They hold an M.B.A in HR and are pursuing additional degrees in HR & Systems and Training and Development.
