Taylor Rauma

Taylor Rauma is an experienced retail professional with a robust background in visual merchandising and store management. Currently serving as a Visual Merchandiser at Target since April 2024, Taylor also holds the position of District 124 Visual Merchandiser Trainer for 2025. Prior to this role, Taylor was a Store Manager at Carters Inc. from December 2021 to April 2024, additionally serving as the Asset Protection Captain for the Minnesota/Wisconsin District during that time. Taylor's experience in retail began at Walmart as a Sales Associate from March 2013 to August 2015, followed by a Brand Team Member position at Target until September 2017, and later as a First Assistant Manager at maurices from October 2017 to December 2021. Taylor holds an Associate of Arts degree from Anoka-Ramsey Community College, completed in June 2016.
