Ted Weidenbach, M.A., is an experienced training design and development professional with a strong background in investigations operations and asset protection. They served in various roles at Target from 2013 to 2015, including Senior Business Partner and Lead Consultant, where they developed training strategies, created classroom training for over 2,000 leaders, and enhanced operational processes. Earlier, Ted gained valuable experience as an intern at the Dakota County Juvenile Detention Center. They hold a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology of Law, Criminology and Deviance from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities, as well as two Master’s degrees in Leadership and Management and Graphic and Web Design.
