Tim Burgart is currently the Executive Team Lead Human Resources at Target, where they lead a team to facilitate hiring, onboarding, training, and culture initiatives. They have extensive experience in the hospitality industry, having held management roles at various establishments, including Surly Brewing Co. and Stella's Fish Cafe. Tim is also a licensed real estate agent at Keller Williams Classic Realty NW, contributing to their professional repertoire. With a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Administration/Management from Southwest Minnesota State University, they have developed strong operational and public speaking skills throughout their career.
