Tim Shaver

Tim Shaver is the Executive Team Leader of Assets Protection at Target, bringing 17 years of experience in retail loss prevention and inventory management. They previously served as a Store Manager at Eckerd from 2001 to 2003 and as a Loss Prevention and Safety Manager at Lowe's Home Improvement from 2003 to 2005, where they successfully minimized operational losses. Tim has been with Target since 2005, focusing on building a prevention-based culture and conducting theft investigations at a high-revenue Super Target. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Criminology from the University of Tampa, which they earned in 2000.
